#1. Display prominent Countrywide signage outside all model homes and other
select homes for sale. The signage shall include messages such as: “Home Loans Available through Countrywide [Company’s] Preferred Lender.
#2. Display prominent Countrywide signage inside model homes and other
select homes for sale. The inside signage shall include a Preferred Lender flyer stand and slick where Countrywide can place marketing collateral.
#3. Display prominent Countrywide signage inside and/or outside all offices
of the Company in which Customer interaction takes place.
#5. Conduct at least one (1) direct mailing campaign per month marketing
Countrywide as a preferred lender to Company’s prospect database or on Company’s Customer marketing lists (e.g. those who have signed open house sign-in sheets). NOTE: It is the Company’s responsibility to contact the Countrywide representative for specific Countrywide requirements and assistance. Depending on the content of the mailer it may be necessary to have these mailing lists "scrubbed" through Countrywide's do not solicit databases.
#6. Conduct at least one (1) e-mail campaign per month promoting
Countrywide to Company’s prospect database or on Company’s Customer prospect marketing lists. The email campaigns shall include a hypertext link to countrywide.com and a display of a Countrywide telephone number as provided by Countrywide. NOTE: It is the Company’s responsibility to contact the Countrywide representative for specific Countrywide requirements and assistance. Mailing lists may have to be "scrubbed" through Countrywide's do not solicit databases and the content of any email solicitation that includes Countrywide material must be reviewed by Countrywide prior to sending.
#7. Include the Countrywide logo tag line telephone number(s) and the
“Preferred Lender” designation in all newspaper radio and/or billboard campaigns conducted in accordance with the Media Plan attached as Exhibit D in a manner to be agreed upon by Company and Countrywide.

#14. Arrange for Countrywide to place marketing material display stands in
prominent locations at Company’s offices other than at Projects to familiarize Company employees with Countrywide.
#15. Promote the preferred lender status of Countrywide through an intranet
company newsletter or other forms of internal communications highlighting the exclusive nature of the relationship and why it benefits Customers to select Countrywide.
#16. Conduct at least one (1) marketing promotion or contest per quarter
amongst Company employee sales representatives to encourage the promotion of Countrywide products and services to Customers. Company shall notify Countrywide of promotions or contests at least thirty (30) days prior to launch.

We have advised Jay Prakash of 1528-1650 Brickell Avenue Lofts Venture, LLC that we are projecting that the new MAP contract will be effective as of 9/1/2007; however, this effective date is contingent upon the expedient execution of the new MAP contract by the authorized signatories of 1528-1650 Brickell Avenue Lofts Venture, LLC , i.e. the return of the new MAP contract within two business days by overnight delivery.
