Thank you for downloading ShareO Trial version!

This version contains the functionality of the full version and is Free to use for 14 days since you have installed it. You can buy ShareO by clicking here at any time, before the trial has expired. After you buy the product, you don't need to reinstall it.

This letter contains some important information that will help you install and configure the program.


9.30 AM - 5.30 PM EST
Prior to installation:
  1. You need to have Windows Administrator rights in order to install product.
  2. Please check that you are running latest update of Microsoft Outlook 2000 (SP-3), 2002 (SP-2) or 2003 as Product is incompatible with an Microsoft Outlook version prior to 2000; check other System Requirements as well. You can update your Microsoft Outlook here (http://office.microsoft.com/officeupdate/default.aspx).
  3. POP3 email accounts are more preferable for the program to run, but you can use IMAP or Exchange types of accounts. In this case you will need to create a rule moving email with specific word in subject from IMAP/Exchange Inbox to Personal Folders Inbox. Specific word value: 4941419117711
During installation
  1. Close Microsoft Outlook.

  2. Install ShareO by downloading and opening the "setup" file from product web site http://shareo.4team.biz/. Installation is required on every team members' computer.
  3. Start Microsoft Outlook.
  4. Click OK, then select "Allow access for 10 min" in the next dialog and click "Yes".
  5. In the "My E-mail Address" window enter your name and your current e-mail address used in Microsoft Outlook. Then click OK.
  6. You can edit this list at any time later by going to Product menu and selecting General Settings -> Edit My E-mail Addresses.
You are now ready to start sharing folders!
