v This newly created position is a member of the executive leadership team and reports directly to the Vice President, Nursing Services
v The Senior Director of Nursing will have overall accountability for approximately 130 FTEs and will oversee general medical/surgical, critical care, and emergency services at two campuses
v Primary duties will include the day-to-day operations of nursing services, advancing professional nursing, implementing effective patient care models, as well as budgeting, customer satisfaction, monitoring compliance/quality, and staff development
v Seeking a team-oriented leader, with prior nursing management experience, who is committed to creating a supportive and accountable environment that drives nursing to the next level of patient care and provides a venue for learning and professional development

v Not-for-profit, Joint Commission accredited, two-campus organization is comprised of a 170 and 105 inpatient beds
v In addition to a number of both inpatient and outpatient specialty programs, the organization offers key services in general medical and surgical care, general and cardiac intensive care, diagnostic services, respiratory, laboratory, oncology, orthopedics, physical and occupational rehabilitation, obstetrics, emergency medicine, and a Level II Trauma Center - the only trauma center in the region
