Dear fellow investors,
Am
I the only one to notice during this recent market downturn
the only pillar of stability has been micro cap stocks? These
positions are not typically affected by the broad market
sentiment. Cyclone Power recently started trading and is
poised to take advantage of the green opportunity that is
being presented via sky high crude prices and our new found
love for green technology. Look at SPWR which closed at 26.27
on 9/22/2006 and recently touched 70.54 on 7/23/2007. This is
why we are bullish on OTC CYPW and the high-performance, heat-
regenerative Green Revolution EngineTM. There is
potential for tremendous gains if you pick the right situation
at the right time, which is why your are receiving this
profile on OTC CYPW now. This situation is UNDISCOVERED by the
large wall street players and when they find it, it may be too
late. Do your research on this undiscovered gem,
www.cyclonepower.com. Developed by Mr. Harry Schoell, an
inventor with over 63 patents issued or pending in the U.S.
and internationally to his name. The Cyclone Green Revolution
EngineTM is a turbine-based engine that regenerates
(or recycles) its heat, which allows it to run cleaner, cooler
and more efficiently than traditional internal combustion
engines. Moreover, it is a high-performance engine capable of
running on any liquid or gaseous fuel, including ethanol and
propane, and is lubricated with de-ionized water instead of
motor oil. This is the start of a major awareness campaign to
get OTC CYPW in front of investors who we believe will look to
take advantage of this green opportunity. |

POMPANO BEACH, Fla.,
July 25, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Cyclone Power Technologies
Inc. (Other OTC:CYPW.PK - News) announced today that
it has signed an option for a second license agreement with
Advent Power Systems, Inc.
Under the terms of the license option, Advent
will have the exclusive right to pursue commercial
applications for Cyclone’s high-perfomance, heat-regenerative
Green Revolution EngineTM with the U.S. Postal
Department. Currently, Advent holds the exclusive licensing
rights for generator applications for the Cyclone engine with
the U.S. Military.
Advent paid Cyclone a non-refundable deposit
upon the signing of the option. Upon the exercise of the
option, Advent has agreed to pay an initial $1,000,000 royalty
and a continuing per-unit royalty.
According to Harry Schoell, President and CEO
of Cyclone, “Our Green Revolution EngineTM is ideal
for Post Office vehicles, as the fuel actually shuts off when
the vehicle is stopped and does not need to idle, making this
engine a highly-efficient, earth-friendly technology for the
1000s of postal delivery trucks on America’s streets.”
Cyclone’s Green Revolution EngineTM
regenerates (or recycles) its heat, which allows it to run
cleaner, cooler and more efficiently than traditional internal
combustion engines. Moreover, it is a high-performance engine
capable of running on any liquid or gaseous fuel, including
ethanol and propane, and is lubricated with water instead of
motor oil.
About Cyclone. Cyclone
holds the U.S. patent, international patent applications, and
exclusive commercial rights to the Green Revolution
EngineTM, an environmentally-friendly and
highly-efficient external combustion, heat-regenerative
engine. Developed Cyclone’s President and CEO, Harry Schoell,
the Green Revolution EngineTM regenerates (or
recycles) its heat, which allows it to run cleaner, cooler and
more efficiently than traditional internal combustion engines.
It is capable of running on any liquid or gaseous fuel,
including ethanol and propane, and is lubricated with water
instead of motor oil. By eliminating many subsystems like oil
pumps, radiators, catalytic converters and fuel injectors,
Cyclone’s Green Revolution EngineTM costs less to
manufacture, operate and maintain; however, it is highly
scalable and sufficiently powerful for applications ranging
from lawn equipment and small home generators, large stand
alone generators, to cars, trucks, buses, RV’s, boats and
ships, as well as earth moving equipment and
locomotives. About
Advent. Advent Power Systems, Inc. (“APS’), is a

Environmental
Advantages
Environmental concerns have
prompted costly, complex technological responses to current
emissions. Fuel cell technology is one example. The benefit of
running on clean burning hydrogen is more than offset by the
expense and bulk of the technology as well as the cost of
creating, storing, and delivering fuel grade hydrogen. (Air
admitted hydrogen has proven to be a GREEN HOUSE GAS, forming
ice crystals in the upper atmosphere). Clean running electric
vehicles are limited to very short ranges, and still must be
recharged by electricity from a coal, diesel or nuclear-fueled
power plant. Gas turbines are clean, but are constant speed
engines. In small sizes they are costly to build, run and
overhaul. Diesel and gas internal combustion engines are
efficient, light, and cheap to manufacture, but they are dirty
and hazardous to one’s health. Diesel, once thought to be
clean, as been proven to be one of the most toxic compounds
known (New Science, Oct. 25,
1997).
“Diesel smoke is around 40 times as
carcinogenic as cigarette smoke” and “Research has indicated
that life expectancy in large cities is reduced by around 15%
by the inhalation of particulates . . .” Paper by Gong and
Waring, SAE Australia, May/June 1998
These large
diesel powered trucks are still needed for our livelihood. Gas
powered cars have “catalytic converters that have so far
failed to clean up the air . . . .converters only work
efficiently when a car’s engine has warmed up . . . . Lots of
stopping and starting – catalysts never get hot
enough.” New Scientist 1995 – September
1996
1. The Cyclone Green Revolution
EngineTM utilizes a external combustion where the
fuel is burned in a controlled environment, similar to home
heating furnaces or electric power plants. As in the Cyclone
Engine, the fuel and preheated air are centrifugally spun in a
circle around the engine. The heavier, unburned particles are
thrown to the outside, while the lighter, cleaner gases escape
through a central tube-bundle to the exhaust.
2. The
internal lubricant in the Cyclone Green Revolution
EngineTM is the same as the working fluid, which is
deionized water. This is accomplished by using non-corrosive
materials and high temperature composite bearings – both only
recently available. Oil changes are not necessary. Only water
may be added.
3. The Cyclone Green Revolution
EngineTM using the innovative external combustion
technology and because it does not need oil lubrication to
operate, is an overall environmentally cleaner engine to
run more... |

About
Cyclone Power Technologies Inc.

“Imagine an invention that
offers a clean burning, highly efficient, non-polluting,
lightweight, compact, mixed multi-fuel alternative to current
diesel and gasoline powered internal combustion engines.
Picture a future in which we are less dependent upon Middle
East oil. Experience an environment in which the air we
breathe is ‘scrubbed’ and contaminating particles are removed
by incineration in a motor that cleans the air instead of
polluting it. Realize that such engines exist and are already
running.”
The environmentally friendly
Cyclone’s Green Revolution EngineTM is designed
around the principles of an external combustion engine, to
efficiently use any liquid or gaseous fuel and create more
power and significantly less emissions than current gasoline
or diesel powered internal combustion engines. The engine is
scalable in its size and output such that it can be utilized
for applications ranging from small generators, household, and
lawn equipment, to medium scales addressing automotive, power
boats, and light trucks, and the larger scales required in the
trucking, commercial marine, off road construction equipment,
and stationary generator markets.
To date, Cyclone
Power Technologies has completed its initial research and
design of the engine, and has already successfully
bench-tested single and twin cylinder engines in the smaller
power range. Four six-cylinder engines are currently being
assembled. Bench testing on these medium scale engines will
commence within the next few months. We are well beyond the
proof of concept stage.
Cyclone’s Green Revolution
EngineTM is currently protected under US Patent #
7,080,512, with patents pending for the engine
internationally. Earlier this year, the company filed US
patent applications for the 11 major components that are now
covered by the international PCT filing. This brings a total
of 48 patents pending in the US and internationally on the
engine and its components.
In addition to developing
the engines, the Cyclone team has secured an initial tier of
investment, participated in major engineering trade shows,
signed a contract with an investment group for the
manufacturing rights of this engine in marine applications,
and made marketing contacts with generator manufacturers,
automobile manufacturers, and diesel engine builders.
