Our system requires that you create NIGP service and commodity code profiles for State and Local government markets and Federal FSC code profile to receive federal bid opportunities. Creating a very specific commodity and service profile is critical to receiving bid opportunities.
During your registration process you will create your commodity profiles, update your account information and create a password. You may then access your account from our main site at www.prime-vendor.com. The system provides the complete bid document and not just a notice of the opportunity. These bids are in PDF file format and may be viewed or printed as required.
Depending on the type of products or services you offer, the program may deliver 70 to 100 new Bid Opportunities each week. The program will automatically send you an e-mail notification each day when new bid opportunities become available within your program. Creating a specific commodity profile will assist you in receiving qualified opportunities. Please consult our Help Desk for illustrated instructions.
Our EDI program allows you to manage your federal contracts, receive and submit purchase orders, shipping documents, and process invoices electronically with any federal agency. Additionally EDI may be utilized to communicate with your commercial clients.
