Position Profile
- Reporting to the Vice President of Patient Care Services, this
position will be responsible for the development, implementation and
maintenance of the 23-bed emergency department
- This individual will work closely with the Vice President and
Administrative Director of Clinical Operations and others to perform an
assessment of current services and determine future needs and direction
for emergency services
- Provides oversight for major initiatives leading to the
achievement of quality and service goals; accountable for 60 FTEs with
the assistance of a clinical director
- Qualified candidates will be strong, team-oriented leaders
with demonstrated management experience in emergency nursing
